She is a strong advocate for her patients, committed to ensuring that their voices are heard and that what matters most to them remains at the center of care—especially as they age.

Outside of work, Ching and her husband enjoy life on their small farm with cows, chickens, dogs, cat and garden. Being a mom is one of her greatest joys, and she loves spending time coaching her son’s soccer team. Her life is a balance of professional commitment and family-centered living, both of which bring her a deep sense of purpose.
