Outside of work, Ching and her husband enjoy life on their small farm with cows, chickens, dogs, cat and garden. Being a mom is one of her greatest joys, and she loves spending time coaching her son’s soccer team. Her life is a balance of professional commitment and family-centered living, both of which bring her a deep sense of purpose.

Originally from Middle Tennessee, Ching Gayken is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in post-operative care and 2 years in case management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University and a nursing degree from Columbia State Community College.
She is a strong advocate for her patients, committed to ensuring that their voices are heard and that what matters most to them remains at the center of care—especially as they age.
