Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and families through a wide range of health needs and life transitions, always with a focus on education, advocacy, and helping others navigate complex healthcare decisions with confidence and dignity.
For the past nine years, Debbie has served as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), bringing a holistic, person-centered approach to care coordination. She is also an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association®, the leading accreditation body for care management, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of practice in the field. Debbie is especially passionate about helping older adults age safely and successfully at home—a mission deeply influenced by her own experience caring for her parents, both now in their nineties. This personal journey strengthens her dedication to providing families with clarity, resources, and trusted support.
Debbie is known for fostering a positive, caring culture wherever she serves. She leads with empathy, steadiness, and a genuine belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life.Motivated by the Golden Rule and guided by faith in the power of prayer, petition, and action, Heather is passionate about connecting clients with the right resources efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Care Manager (CCM) and Faith Community Nurse (FCN). Additionally, she is a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association and is a Certified Geriatric Care Professional.
Debbie lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband, Dave, and their beloved dog, Mr. Bingley. They are proud parents of an adult daughter and grandparents to a cherished granddaughter. In her free time, Debbie enjoys being “Gigi,” traveling with friends, reading, and playing cards—simple joys that keep her grounded, connected, and inspired.
Lori Anne Rice, RN
Care Manager at ElderCARE of Indy
Lori has been a Registered Nurse since 1991 and has spent more than 30 years caring for adults through some of life's most challenging moments. Her nursing career includes caring for patients recovering from surgery, managing complex medical conditions, and supporting individuals in behavioral health and progressive care. Along the way, she has also received additional training in stroke and wound care.
What truly sets Lori apart is her heart for people. She is a compassionate advocate who believes every older adult deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and provided the best care possible. Her passion for supporting families became even more personal when she walked alongside her own father during his journey through palliative care and hospice. That experience gave her a deeper understanding of the emotions, decisions, and challenges families face and inspires the care she provides every day
Serving others doesn't stop when Lori leaves work. She and her husband of more than 38 years lead their church's food pantry, serving more than 100 families each month. She is also the founder of Threads of Grace Clothing Ministry, providing free clothing to individuals and families in need and regularly reaching out to local homeless communities with clothing and shoes.
When she's not caring for clients or serving her community, Lori loves spending time outdoors, gardening, and making memories with her family. She and her husband live in Avon, Indiana, where they enjoy being parents to four children and grandparents to their granddaughter.

Dave grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and now calls Fishers, Indiana home, where he lives with his wife, Debbie, and their dog, Mr. Bingley. A lifelong HR professional, Dave has built his career around developing people and organizations. He genuinely enjoys connecting with people and finds purpose in helping others grow—whether that’s building strong teams, supporting leaders, or fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Recently, Dave and Debbie moved Debbie’s parents closer to them, an experience that has been especially meaningful. Dave has truly enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know other residents in their assisted living community. He has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease, and he enjoys listening, learning, and offering support to older adults and their families.
