Heather Johnson is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 28 years of expertise in caring for individuals with acute and chronic illnesses. With an in-depth understanding of Nashville and surrounding healthcare systems, Heather has collaborated closely with physicians, specialists, social workers, and community organizations to deliver exceptional care.
Now based in Winchester, Tennessee, Heather has developed a profound passion for serving the Middle Southern Tennessee community, including Franklin, Coffee, Bedford, and Moore Counties. She is an active member of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, serves as an Ambassador, and graduated Leadership Franklin County. She engages with local initiatives such as Beauties in Business and enjoys participating in providing education at the Franklin County Senior Center. She also attends Twelve Church of Winchester.
Heather specializes in “whole person” care, focusing on the needs of individuals and their caregivers. She is dedicated to empowering clients to make informed healthcare decisions and provides education on medical conditions and long-term care options. Heather offers invaluable support to clients and families navigating complex medical and cognitive needs, assists solo agers in designating healthcare power of attorney, and facilitates the initiation and processing of long-term care insurance claims. Heather is a trained facilitator for the nationally recognized program “Respecting Choices” that supports goals of care and end of life decisions and recently completed her CCM certification.
Motivated by the Golden Rule and guided by faith in the power of prayer, petition, and action, Heather is passionate about connecting clients with the right resources efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Care Manager (CCM) and Faith Community Nurse (FCN). Additionally, she is a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association and is a Certified Geriatric Care Professional.
Heather is married with three adult daughters and finds joy in her faith, family, and community. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, practicing yoga, and supporting her family at softball games. Her goal is to use her skills to make a lasting impact on her community.
