Dave grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and now calls Fishers, Indiana home, where he lives with his wife, Debbie, and their dog, Mr. Bingley. A lifelong HR professional, Dave has built his career around developing people and organizations. He genuinely enjoys connecting with people and finds purpose in helping others grow—whether that’s building strong teams, supporting leaders, or fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. 

Recently, Dave and Debbie moved Debbie’s parents closer to them, an experience that has been especially meaningful. Dave has truly enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know other residents in their assisted living community. He has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease, and he enjoys listening, learning, and offering support to older adults and their families.
