Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and families through a wide range of health needs and life transitions, always with a focus on education, advocacy, and helping others navigate complex healthcare decisions with confidence and dignity.
For the past nine years, Debbie has served as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), bringing a holistic, person-centered approach to care coordination. She is also an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association®, the leading accreditation body for care management, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of practice in the field. Debbie is especially passionate about helping older adults age safely and successfully at home—a mission deeply influenced by her own experience caring for her parents, both now in their nineties. This personal journey strengthens her dedication to providing families with clarity, resources, and trusted support.
Debbie is known for fostering a positive, caring culture wherever she serves. She leads with empathy, steadiness, and a genuine belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life.
Debbie lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband, Dave, and their beloved dog, Mr. Bingley. They are proud parents of an adult daughter and grandparents to a cherished granddaughter. In her free time, Debbie enjoys being “Gigi,” traveling with friends, reading, and playing cards—simple joys that keep her grounded, connected, and inspired.
