For the past nine years, Debbie has served as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), bringing a holistic, person-centered approach to care coordination. She is also an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association®, the leading accreditation body for care management, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of practice in the field. Debbie is especially passionate about helping older adults age safely and successfully at home—a mission deeply influenced by her own experience caring for her parents, both now in their nineties. This personal journey strengthens her dedication to providing families with clarity, resources, and trusted support.

Debbie lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband, Dave, and their beloved dog, Mr. Bingley. They are proud parents of an adult daughter and grandparents to a cherished granddaughter.
