Kim Corts earned her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville and has been licensed as an Independent/Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep passion for supporting older adults and their families through life’s transitions.
Kim has extensive experience providing counseling and support to family caregivers, as well as individual therapy services for residents in long-term care communities. Her work has focused on helping individuals and families navigate phase-of-life changes, build resilience, and thrive through times of transition.

She values both counseling and care management and is excited to offer the flexibility of providing both services to ElderCARE clients.
Kim is also committed to supporting fellow social work professionals and currently serves as Secretary for the Board of the MidCumberland Council of Healthcare Social Workers.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking and spending time in nature. She loves reading and working puzzles with her husband, and she is the proud mom of two kids, enjoying the experience of watching them grow into adulthood.
