Kristin Duke joins ElderCARE, LLC as a Social Work Care Manager, bringing 19 years of experience serving older adults and families across senior care and post-acute healthcare settings. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Social Work, Kristin has built her career around advocacy, education, and helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of aging and healthcare.

Guided by her strong faith in God, Kristin feels called to this work and is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of those she serves. She values being a trusted resource, compassionate advocate, and steady source of support for clients, families, and community partners.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found at the baseball field cheering on her son’s travel ball team.
