Sharon S. Wall, BSN, RN
Nurse, Care Manager
Sharon has been a Registered Nurse since 1988 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. With more than 35 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to caring for older adults and supporting families as they navigate the often-complicated healthcare journey.
Much of Sharon's career has been spent in hospice and end-of-life care, where she developed extensive experience in symptom management, chronic illness, care coordination, and helping families through some of life's most challenging moments. Those experiences have shaped her compassionate approach and deepened her commitment to ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
As a Care Manager with ElderCARE, Sharon partners with older adults and their families to understand their unique needs, develop personalized care plans, coordinate healthcare services, advocate within the medical system, and connect them with trusted community resources. She believes that every family deserves a knowledgeable guide—someone who can bring clarity, confidence, and peace of mind during times of uncertainty.
Known for her calm presence, thoughtful listening, and genuine compassion, Sharon builds lasting relationships with the clients and families she serves. Having cared for both patients and her own loved ones, she understands the emotional and practical challenges that come with aging, serious illness, and complex healthcare decisions. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside families, helping them maintain independence, preserve dignity, and achieve the highest possible quality of life.
When she's not serving clients, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and family, staying active through strength training and outdoor activities, and learning more about healthy aging and wellness. Her faith, servant's heart, and passion for helping others continue to guide everything she does, both personally and professionally.
