Tracy brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience to the ElderCARE team, along with a genuine passion for advocating for others and ensuring individuals receive compassionate, high-quality care in every setting. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Health Promotion and is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Care Manager, and Advanced Clinical Aesthetician. Her diverse background includes both clinical care and healthcare administration, including serving as Director of Physician Recruitment, Services, and Retention with Baptist Regional Hospital System. 

Throughout her career, Tracy has remained committed to the values that matter most: listening carefully, communicating clearly, anticipating the needs of others, and advocating for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves. She is grateful to be part of the ElderCARE team, where she shares a common commitment to supporting older adults and their families with compassion, dignity, and personalized care. 

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and three yellow Labs. She loves live music, outdoor activities, boating, swimming, and cheering on her favorite football and basketball teams.
