Rebecca brings a wide range of experience across the senior care continuum, including hospice and home care to her role as Business Development Specialist with ElderCARE. She has dedicated her career to supporting older adults and their families, helping organizations expand their reach and deepen their impact, especially throughout the greater Nashville community.

With a strong understanding of the unique challenges seniors face, Rebecca is passionate about creating opportunities for older adults to live independently with dignity and respect. She loves building meaningful partnerships that increase access to compassionate care, trusted resources, and community support.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Rebecca has proudly called Nashville home for the past decade, where she lives with her husband and daughter. Her most cherished role is being a mom. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new local restaurants, taking walks with her delightfully mischievous Labrador, and advocating for vulnerable populations in her community.
